I was prescreened by a third party staffing firm for this contractual position, and then invited to a Zoom interview with two members of the group the position would be joining. They asked both lightly technical (experience in coding) and behavioral questions (how I've responded to projects not going as planned), and seemed like they genuinely wanted to get to know me.
