MetaCommunications interview questions

It seemed like they were struggling with some business issues interrupting their search process; interview scheduled then cancelled, re-scheduled and 30 minutes late, phone interview prior that was typical. No communication during the process-- only if I inquired and most of them were not responded to. My impression was that they were struggling with some business issues that obviously required higher priorities & interrupted the search.

Took about 2.5 weeks to hear back from the time I applied online. I had a phone interview and was asked to interview in person later that day (since I was already in town and available). They sent me a project that night (very simple... took ~1 hour to complete). A few days later I was offered the position.
