Really straight forward. More of a Get to Know You interview than formal. Informal conversation but does ask for specific experience and references from experience. So be prepared with examples.

Did first interview over zoom and then second interview in person, which was way better. Not hard questions, scenarios and describing self was important part. There were educators, manager and even directors.
