I applied online. I interviewed at Methods Business and Digital Technology (London, England)
Interview
Standard interview process consisting of four stages:
* Initial screening call with the recruiter
* Interview with the Business Development Manager
* Interview with a Commercial Leader
* Final stage with Executive Management
I progressed to the third stage relatively quickly. The interviews themselves were conversational and fairly informal.
At the conclusion of the third stage, I was advised that I would receive an update within a week. After hearing nothing for two weeks, I followed up and eventually received a generic rejection email.
What was disappointing was the lack of communication and feedback. Despite contacting the recruiter, hiring manager, and HR team to request feedback, I received no response. Given the time commitment required across multiple interview stages, I would expect at least a basic explanation of the decision.
While I appreciate that not every candidate can be successful, transparency, timely communication, and constructive feedback are important parts of a positive candidate experience. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Interview
Very fast paced. They very much pushed the emphasis on wanting to waste no time in securing good talent.
Three total interactions - a confirmation of the role / expectations.
A soft skills interview
A technical interview

Interview
My experience interviewing with this employer is deeply disappointing.
I had 2x calls with 2x different people.
Prior to attending the second interview, I learnt of the poor employee reviews, yet despite this and not being someone to let one down, I attended as scheduled.
The second interview was a waste of my time, as the questions asked were the same as those asked in the previous interview.
To add insult to injury, they never even had the common courtesy to reply to me with feedback, not that I would be proceeding further, regardless.
Avoid!
