Metric Group interview questions

Met with the R&D director at the Metric Offices. He had a set list of questions that he went through and talked about the company. I brought along a portfolio of previous work and talked through my technical capabilities. He then gave me a tour of the facilities including R&D, production and the main offices. Following the interview, I was invited back to meet the MD, and essentially repeated the process with the MD and R&D director together.

Two interviews with the Manufacturing Manager and the then Manufacturing Engineer together, on separate days. Sat through the interview and then shown around the facility with questions on what could be done to improve production.
