After sending a resume and cover letter, human resource manager will send a reply email confirming the acceptance of candidate's documents. After some weeks, if the hiring committee passes a candidate as qualified, staff on the hiring team will schedule a one-on-one interview. After the first interview, a second or third interview may solidify the deal. In addition, the hiring staff may ask for a mock-lesson in person or a recording to analyze how well a candidate does in the assigned position. After talking with the hiring staff, an interview with the headmaster is needed for approval. After approval and review of salary and benefits, resource manager will receive all documentation and signature to a employment contract.
