The interview process starts out with going down the street to an medical clinic and completing a drug urinalysis. Upon completion of the drug test, then you return to the office to do a one on one interview with the HR director. After that you will attend a short orientation that goes over all the benefit options and general work environment policy and procedures. Then they run your background but they do not use it against you at all and make you sign a paper that states that they will keep any findings confidential between you and them.
