MetroShoe Warehouse interview questions

Interview on site. Met with the GM. Filled out an application. Then immedietly went to the interview. Afterward he said he owuld reach out if gthere was a next step.

The manager seemed like he was selling the job. The first interview was easy. He said if I was interested to call back to set up a second interview. I called the following day to set up the second interview and he asked me to observe and critique the store in my own time over the weekend and email it to him then he set up the the second interview
