It's a straight forward process. 1st interview is meet and greet with manager and Hr then a tech assessment. Final round is an interview with Tech Leads then offer to wrap it up.

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Metrofibre Networx (Midrand) in Sep 2012

Interview

Number of interviews totaled three and the final interview was the easiest and basically an intro to the CEO and MD and CFO who threw across a few inter personality questions and reviewed others.

The most difficult Question was that If I was left with decision to make or take in the Operations department which meant that the Company would either make or loose a Million plus Rand with the decision I made would I make the decision or not ?
