Assessment centre, briefing exercise and then a 1 hour written exercise. Briefing exercise is 1:1 with someone watching.
No feedback given afterward despite asking, understandable with many applicants but also frustrating.
Very nice and kind people. Quite a lot of independent research needed to know what you need to do to pass. The questions can be quite intimidating but it’s designed like this for a good reason
