I walked in and went to the front desk and was told to follow someone who was an agent and she interviewed me and the interview was okay, but it was really them saying to take the real estate course.
Short and to the point, as soon as passion has been clearly portrayed, a job offer was given. They even helped out with the logistics of obtaining a sales license and business cards.

Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The interviewer made me feel very comfortable and the interview was more like a chat about the company and what the training process looked like ( I had no previous experience ) Overall very enjoyable
