Interview
The in-person interview involved five people, with two participating virtually. Interviews with MTA tend to be mechanical rather than conversational. While you answer their questions, they are actually writing down what you say, which can easily break your concentration. Feedback was tremendous. I was "exactly what they were looking for". Didn't get the job, though. But they were friendly people.
