Michigan Community Insurance Agency interview questions

Telephone interview, several emails and delays. Came for interview. Given a personality test. They were happy with the results. Ghosted a couple times. More emails with excuses for why they were not in touch. Given second in person interview. Emailed me that they were not sure if I would be given an offer, as they didn’t have a timeline, but was I still interested in them. They reached out to me again for another interview 2-3 months later, but I decided against working for them.
