Biggest issue here is that they don't clarify that you're not really applying to any company by interviewing, it's just a small scale job portal with barely any offers. Like, why are you even inviting me to interview if you don't have any positions available for my role? So dumb. The AI seems to ask questions on a surface level and they aren't enough to rate a candidate properly. They're easy, though the criteria they use to rate candidates isn't clear at all. No feedback, no explanation of the different rating levels, very barebones. Feels like a beta version of a service and I can see why it has plenty of bad reviews online. Don't expect to get a job out of this platform.
