The process is very abrupt and mismanaged. Got a phone call from the manager as an introductory call. But the call lasted for 1 hour 30 min. I was not informed for such a lengthy call. Questions were mostly general digital design related. Coding techniques. Circumstances/ situations for my approach to the solutions. Basics of some protocol like SPI, UART and I2C. Strongness and weakness questions. During the phone interview, the phone got to hang up 4-5 times. The issue was from manager side and he apologized for this. I have read several other (-ve) reviews about this company and I would suggest they are true from my interview experience. I have been doing a follow-up with the manager for nearly 5 weeks after my interview. Still, he is not replying to any further process if any. I mean if you want to reject someone then at least have guts to reply them with rejection or else at least let them know that they are still interviewing and soon make a decision. Please at least have a candidate's point of view. How frustrating it is to not hear from you with any decision. Please remember that someday you were also in this situation. I would sadly ask management to improve hiring process and provide training to the hiring manager about the interview process. I do not see good future for this company with such hiring procedure. By far till date, this has been the worst interview experience I ever had and would openly suggest other candidates from applying at such workplace which even fails at hiring process.
