Microchip Technology HR- Consultant interview questions

The process was pretty much a one-way discussion. The person was little informed about my CV. The interviewer was biased. Almost disinterested. It was a complete loss of time and consideration. The impression I was left with was similar to an invitation that had been sent to the wrong candidate. A little inspiring conversation which I would not call for an interview.
