I interviewed at Microfinance Information Exchange
Interview
Fairly easy - consisted of me walking through my resume, telling them why I was interested, and how I could contribute. One round of phone interview after which I received my offer.

Interview
The communication was very bad. They asked me to complete a test which was for more than 2 hours, after which no one responded anything and after following up for the scheduled call the next day, they did not even inform me about the cancellation but said that they chose another candidate without any feedback.
The uneven process wasted my time and effort without even a respectable response and treatment. I was already skeptical about working on the test, in which, by the way, I delivered excellent work, so I am sure that the reason was not my performance in the test.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Microfinance Information Exchange (Washington, DC) in Mar 2013
