Microline Surgical interview questions

I applied through a recruiter back in August of 2024. I did not actually secure an interview until October. The interview was 5 hours long which consisted of meetings with each member of the management team. During these meetings, there were a lot of mandatory "competency" questions based on each interviewers area of focus. These seemed like something someone put together to make it seem like they were covering all their bases, when in actuality the substance of the interviews occurred after they were done with their written questions. Overall, it was a very lengthy process which I feel could have been consolidated into a single panel style interview.
