Microtech-Tel interview questions

One of the worst interviews I’ve attended in recent memory. Manager and co-host had a stand-offish demeanor and made the interview very uncomfortable. The interview consisted of about 20 minutes of the manager telling me the accomplishments of the company and about 10 minutes of getting to know me as a potential candidate. The employee review of this place hit the nail spot on when saying the work facility is dirty. The apparent company culture would probably fit some, but it’s definitely not for all.

Interviewed with the CEO of the company as well as my would be manager. Pretty straightforward interview that assessed relevant skills.
