It was a moderately quick process. I applied online. It took about a week to hear back, which I assume is because they were seeing what kind of candidates they would field. I was brought in for an in-person interview after the one question phone interview. It was a very standard interview with both the clinic manager and the physical therapist I would tend to work with. They just read questions off a sheet of paper and that was about it. The mentioned how many other people they were interviewing for the position as well. I did not receive an offer from this clinic for a reason they never explicitly told me, but is fairly obvious and I understand. I'm not bitter that they held this one thing against me and I hope they found a good candidate in whomever they chose.
