Mid-Del Public Schools interview questions

I met with the principal and two assistant principals. They asked me basic questions about my teaching background and gave me insight into the position. We talked for about thirty minutes.

Extremely lengthy online application, in which they contact your references as soon as you apply. Interviewed for ACD Coordinator at the Technology Center. First phone call, then a round of computer tests, and then a panel interview. Ever had one of those interviews that you could tell they were hiring an internal candidate and you were only invited to interview so that the process seemed “fair”, and that no matter how you performed it didn’t matter because they already had the other person chosen? Yeah, it was one of those. No other candidates had a chance and it was just a waste of everyone’s time. You could see it on the director’s face.
