They are the usual public sector company pretending to be private, as the role was pretty basic. They follow the public sector questioning process, where it's scenario that you answer but they're top heavy with management. As with most interviews these, I'm them not very honest in their questions as they're hiding information, then don't want to disclose it when challenged. Though it will be a very easy job for a person waiting for economy to improve, them they can move onto something else.
