Migros One interview questions

I was called and scheduled for an HR interview. At the appointment, I introduced myself and explained my expectations. HR explained the company and its expectations. They said they had spoken to many people and would get back to me. Nothing bad happened that prevented me from moving on to the next stage, but the response was negative.

Standard screening process. Simple, not so lengthy programming assignment. Great technical & culture fit interview with the team lead and department manager. No non-sense questions. You're getting a good vibe until this point. However the rest of the process is a bit exhausting. You feel HR don't listen you and not eager to solve any problem in the process, no reasoning.
