Die Praktikumsstelle war für den Bereich Marketing Retail Communication. Das Vorstellungsgespräch war vor Ort am Flughafen in Frankfurt im Main Airport Center. Es war mit zwei Personen. Zuerst wurde das Unternehmen und die Position vorgestellt. Danach wurden mir die Aufgaben erklärt. Anschließend sollte ich mich vorstellen und wir haben über meine Kenntnisse und Motivation gesprochen. Mir wurde der Tagesablauf erklärt und die Aufgaben, an denen ich beteiligt sein würde.

I interviewed for M&M in several stages. I had a horrible and unfair experience. In December 2023, I had a 1 hour team call with the HR and 3 other team members which had a technical touch to it too as well as HR related questions like joining dates. Then, for second interview which was a case study, they asked me to fly and come all the way to Frankfurt HQ. We agreed on a mutual date in February 2024. And gave the case study. On the spot, they took my passport and told me they might be interested in next steps. Now, they told me to pass security clearance which took about a month and their company wasn't directly involved. I had my documents posted from my home country to me, and cleared the test and was declared Trustable. Now, when they told me they would offer me a job, they kept delaying, no email replies, no proper correspondence. Now, I had incurred already a lot of living & travel expenses by now. And then one day in Mid-April, they tell me they will call me tomorrow and give me an offer. Yes they called me, but they casually told me that they went with an internal candidate?! And that they wanted to accommodate me a second job opening. It has been 5 months since and they never got back. Extremely horrible
