The lawyers who conducted the interviews were very approachable and genuinely interested in both my application and my personal life. The overall atmosphere was friendly, and there was little sense of hierarchy. The partners spoke to me as an equal, rather than from a position of superiority. They were highly professional and accomplished individuals, yet clearly willing to share their advice and give back.

Hired in through articling process. Very informal - an assessment of fit more than anything. Multiple rounds - two teams of two partners, and a follow up with another partner.
It was great, I loved every person I met and they really cared for me. It was interesting to see that each interview was tailored towards me, but every person I met could relate to me as well. There were multiple rounds of interviews with multiple people.
