Interview
The interview process was deceivingly great. The HR staff is really great and the people who do the interviewing are awesome. First is the telephone interview and then a one on one with a manager in your home city where there's a Miller Terminal. Then you're flown to Cleveland Oh. and will drive to Rootstown Oh for the meeting with the ownership. The interview question are almost the same as the first one on one.
