Interview
We started with a 30 minute phone interview. The second interview was an hour long phone interview. Both interviewers were friendly and personable. While the job was not a good fit, the experience was positive. The only thing I might suggest to change is the hour long phone interview. Meeting in person really gives a better sense of personality and culture fit.

Interview
This was the strangest and possibly the rudest interview I have had. I applied online and the company representative was quick to respond to it and set up a initial phone call interview. The call started off smoothly and the lady on the other end was impressed with my answers and prior work experience. After talking for around 20 minutes, I was asked my expected remuneration. After hearing my expectation, the phone call was disconnected. And that evening I get a mail saying my experience does not seem to be a good match for their requirements.
I can understand if my expectation was higher than their budget for that role but this was no way to interact with a potential candidate. Almost find it comical that it went from we are impressed with your profile to you do not seem to fit our profile in less than a day without me having answered any technical question.

Interview
First a 15 min Phone interview with the HR. Another phone call for a 1 hour technical interview with their software engineer. They asked different questions about whether you have experience with certain programming skills in C# and other languages. Then they went deeper into questions for the languages/skills I was familiar with. At the end, there was a hypothetical question related to problem solving.
