MineralTree interview questions

The recruiter never actually spoke with me, he just sent me a list of pre-screening questions for me to answer. The next steps were a phone conversation with the hiring manager, who gaslighted me into believing I would be moving on to the next steps. I sent a thank-you email but didn’t get a response until the next day I received the standard automated rejection email. I believe I was the one token diversity interview the hiring manager had to do for the interview.

The process consisted of multiple interviews with different team members and department managers. Interviews occurred on different days and were about 30 minutes each. Everyone was very laid back and the interviews were conversational.
