i got a phone call interview after i upload my resume and had a face to face interview the other week. I got the offer within one day and they sent the contract directly. But they are not open to negotiation.

Received phone interview and then booked the in person interview.
The director just asked a few basic behavior questions and I got the offer by email.
There were no negotiation on the salary
