Interview
Initial phone screen with HR, they asked a lot of behavioral type questions and couldn't really describe the role too well. Then an interview with hiring managers, they asked technical questions about my resume, my experience, and some relevant technologies. I was then given a medium-sized take home assignment. They rejected me a while after submission and offered no serious feedback. Stay away from this company!
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Minitab (State College, PA)
Interview
Fairly typical interview process (HR screening, virtual call with technical interviewers discussing culture fit and background, take-home assessment, and onsite final round-robin style interview with 5-6 team members). People were pleasant and questions weren't designed to mislead.

Introductory Interview - it was quick and simple. They asked four questions total. The interview was well organized, but it felt a little unfriendly. They gave 30 minutes for the whole interview, but mine took about 12 minutes only.
