First stage was application, email received with screening questions then invited for Teams interview. Asked technical queuing about CPR, claims and compensation process, previous experience etc. 2 interviewers. job was advertised as remote but they said in interview they want everyone in office on Wednesdays. Salary wasn’t advertised and they rejected for my salary expectations being too high and not “operational ready”.

Interview was with the team leaders which I liked as the answers to your questions of the role and team and answered properly, questions are competency based and also they asked a lot of questions about valuations of claims and process of the claims.
