      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Minted (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2014

      Interview

Very responsive team during seasonal quarter as far as interviewing to hiring goes. We looked over my portfolio together which did not have any work that demonstrated what they wanted, but I came in with a design made specifically geared towards their company and they loved it. Expect an art exam that tests you on basic knowledge of graphic design. I received an offer that day within an hour.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Minted (Oakland, CA) in Oct 2018

      Interview

The interview process was fine. I had an in-person interview with a design associate lead first and then with a supervisor. Interviewers asked good questions and had good attitudes. This was followed by a quick timed exercise done on a desktop computer.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Minted (Oakland, CA) in Sep 2015

      Interview

After completing a brief skilltest, I had a one on one interview with one of the senior team leaders for one of the departments they were eventually considering including me in. It was mostly a casual, laidback and relaxed interview in a quiet office, where I was asked about my print and digital graphic skills, in addition to any tangentially relevant skills. It was easy to ask the interviewer too about the position and the general work environment and about how they got to where they were at that time. In total it lasted no more than 25 minutes.
