I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams (Beverly Hills, CA) in Feb 2015
Interview
I was interviewed by three managers, they were all pretty nice and relaxed which made me feel very confortable. The interview continued with a good vibe, outgoing, nothing tense or your typical very serious interviews. They were all very profesional and getting to the point. Each of them talked about certain points and what is expected to the company. Then they started with the questions.

Interview
This were 2 appointments first with the VP of Sales and the second with the two owners. They were personable enough but one was definitely uninterested in being there as he was sorting some business cards while they sat across the table from me during the interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1

Interview
Interview with GM who laid out the numbers and job description. Final interview with GM and Regional Manager.
The questions are vanilla and a background check will be done. Emphasis will be placed on their public culture, which is very different from the in-house culture.
In general, the process was easy and fast.
Training consisted of reading books about Bob and Mitchell. After that, you were on your own to learn about the products.
