I only got through the initial HR screening. The HR representative was polite, although she couldn't clarify whether a degree was required for the position. It also felt like she was more interested in learning about my current company and the market (asking why I’m leaving, what the issues are, etc.). Even though I expressed interest in continuing the process, I haven't received any feedback or even a standard rejection message after 10 days, which left a rather disappointing impression.
