The interview process was very structured and conducted in three steps: - technical coding challenge - technical interview - cultural interview The whole procedure was very friendly and the focus of the interview was to learn from each other, both from me as an application but also from the interview partners.

I found the most challenging questions around the cultural aspects of the company as I had to deeply think to see if those resonate with me and what how I could contribute to the culture.

Interview
The first interview was held over phone with the HR, later on I was invited to the office for some technical interview in less than two weeks and eventually it succeeded.
