Don’t waste your time with this company: Momentum Financial Services Group (MFSG).
I had several successful interviews for the position “Senior Fullstack Developer”, including 2 technical interviews:
1) Date: Tuesday March 26th, 2024
Interview with technical questons:
Time: 2:00 PM EST
Interviewer: Rishab Chadha (Director, IT Development) & Atanu Ghosh (Director, Applications Support)
2) Technical interview on site: 20 Toronto St 12th Floor, Toronto, ON M5C 2B8
Date: Thursday June 20th, 2024
Time: 12:00 PM EST
Meeting with: Adriano Palmieri (Senior Developer) & Rishab Chadha (Director, IT Development)
Adriano Palmieri told me after the technical interview: "Great! You have answered all the questions!". He also congratulated me after my conversation with Rishabh Chadha (Director, IT Development). But when after 1 week I did not receive any response, I sent an email to Mira Darji (the talent search coordinator and meeting organizer) about the results of the interview. She replied to me:
“Thank you for following up. The team is still working through the interview process. As soon as we have feedback as to next steps, ill be sure to reach out to you. We appreciate your patience as we work through the hiring process.”
On December 2, 2024 I had a call from Anand Prabhu-Matti (Talent Acquisition Manager, IT & Risk), who scheduled a technical interview with me for the same position “Senior Fullstack Developer”.
When Fri Dec 6, 2024 1pm – 1:30pm (EST)

Who Anand Prabhu-Matti*
I recalled that I already had successful interviews with this company and notified Anand Prabhu by email about this.
Answer from Anand Prabhu:
“Since I was not working here during that stage of your interviews, I had to dig around for some clarity around this situation. At this point of time, we won’t be moving forward in the process with you. Your technical experience while it is good, it is not the right fit for what the team is looking for. I will go ahead and cancel the interview scheduled for tomorrow.”
It means that even your skills match 100% to the requirements and you passed technical interview with the excellent result, you will not be hired.
I can say that except for Adriano Palmieri, the whole hiring stuff consists of Indian guys. So Momentum Financial Services Group (MFSG) does not support the principle of diversity.
