Moncel Technology Project Manager interview questions

I applied online for the Project Manager role. I had the first round of discussions with HR. The discussion went very well. The HR found my profile to be a fit and recommended me for the next rounds of interviews. But the following rounds never happened. I was hoping to get an opportunity to have at least one round of technical/PM rounds with the hiring manager. The final email from HR came from a no-reply email id so they are not accepting candidates' thank you notes as well. It was a kind of disappointing experience after a good screening discussion in the first round.
