Moncler Group interview questions

I got to do a quick interview at a job fair only to hear that - although I’m a master student - Moncler doesn’t hire people over 30 to internship positions because “people in this age are looking for stability and we cannot offer that”. I was astonished by how naturally the HR person gave me this discriminatory statement.
