I applied through college or university. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Mondelēz International (Philadelphia, PA) in Oct 2010
Interview
Had initial college interview while in my last year of college. Heard nothing for a few months and decided to email again to see what status was.
Got another interview setup with District Manager and Retail Merchandising Supervisor which was basically the same as the first interview.
Worked with a sales rep the next day to get an idea of how the typical work day would be like.
Went back for another interview to go over the current open positions.
Had my final interview the following week with the District Manager and his boss. Just talked about my previous work experience and how my work with day went. Was told I would hear back within the next couple days on if I got the job.
Got a phone call 3 days later offering me the Sales Associate job.
