Applied for a control restructuring position at the East Hanover NJ headquarters. Role was created as a special project that would last about 2 years after which there was potential to be rotated into the business. I worked with a recruiter and the response time was fairly quick. I had a phone interview with the manager I would be working for first. I was then brought in for an in person interview about a week later. I met with 6 individuals; 2 at a time. They provided feedback to my recruiter who then forwarded it to me.
