Monroe County Community Credit Union interview questions

I was hired internally and slowly moved into the department. I had already worked for this company for 9 years and knew the ins and outs of the systems. As far as skills went all I really needed were basic computer knowledge and the ability to learn new things as necessary. There is a fair bit of compliance knowledge needed as well.
