I had filled out an application from. I was asked the same questions that were on the form, plus a few additional questions. The interviewer was friendly. I felt a bit of pressure mostly becuase of the setting of the interview - it was in a messy tiny cupboard style office, with barely any space to even sit down.
Fast, easy, they ask simple questions on how you would be in different scenarios they also ask what kind of customers would should there and it would be customers who like high end clothing
Short process, they ask about knowledge of the company and it helps to appear well dressed with jewellery- one of the requirements when working there is wearing a minimum number of items from both monsoon and accessorise. It therefore helps to demonstrate you would do this with ease
