There was a 10-minute phone call. Started the next week. No background check no drug screen no structure. Just like the job. Awful experience overall. Wouldnt recommend this to my worst enemies.

Initially contacted by a 3rd party recruiter after applying to the role on Indeed. The position was listed as Sales Engineer but ended up being a Marketing Coordinator role which I found out during the interview. While this was initially frustrating, a title is only a title and I was more interested in the experience and career path this role would provide. There was an initial call with my potential supervisor and a follow up call with the VP of Sales. After the two calls they offered to fly me to the location for an on-site interview. Everything went smoothly, they kept the process moving very efficiently.
