Montefiore Medical Interview Questions

Fast and easy interview process. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Currently going through the onboarding process. HR was very helpful. Had two interviews on the same day and a nursing exam prior.

It was very quick, they ask me lot of “Tell me about a time” and “describe about a time” kinda questions. They ask me, describe a time you found a coworker doing something they weren’t supposed to do. How did you handle that situation? I felt like I was unprepared.

Had to set up two interviews then go in person, video chat. It was very nice being able To talk to everyone. The staff was really nice and didn’t take long.

It was a lengthy but rewarding process. I had my interview over zoom. To become a Montefiore associate there are a lot of different requirements to meet, however, it is definitely worth the effort.

Interview process was not too difficult. They were very accommodating. First interview was about 20 minutes and another interview with HR about another 20 minutes. I received a response very quickly and offered several start dates to accommodate my vacation.

Vetted by HR, quick call with hr specialist asking basic questions regarding my resume, and then i was set up for an interview with the practice director, that lasted about 45 minutes then was set up for an interview with the practice vice chairman, that lasted about 30 minutes. A few days later, hr senior recruiter called me to ask me about my expectations regarding compensation, and then about two days later, I was offered the job.

Communication had a lot of delay. panel interview by hiring team. General questions related to previous experience in data analytics. Overall neutral experience, some of Interviewers were not friendly- that reflects the work culture

Had 2 interviews, first on the phone with the nursing recruiter. The interview was basic question. Second interview was good. It was with the nurse. She asked my more about experience.

I was contacted by the Recruiter and had an initial phone screen. Then she invited me for the in person interview. The interview was more than an hour. They had one and one with each team member. It was really repetitive to answer the same question to everyone. 1st had the one and one with the Recruiter, 2nd one and one with the HR manager and 3rd with the HR Director. And then I never heard back from them. Please respect your candidates and give them feedback with a yes or no, after any interview.

Extremely long process that dragged out over months. If the individual Director had not made attempts to communicate with me I would never have waited around 3 months from initial interview for an offer.
