The hiring process is really simple. If you have your P.E.R.C already, all you need to do is apply online and a rep will reach out to you. They will tell you to come dressed interview ready and have a resume. I pretty much got hired on the spot. If you don't have a perc card. They offer a security class where you can get your certificate and they help to apply for your PERC. If you do that way you're guaranteed a job.
