Interview
First phase: Homework exercise. Solve a fairly easy problem and test it . Good solutions would be well object oriented structured with unit testing.
Second phase: Face to face interview. Very casual and relaxed guys, simple and typical generic questions and at the end write some pseudocode at the board (implement Fibonacci...)
