Interview
I got a call from a consultant, there are many people first round was aptitude test, almost 5 of candidate made to next technical round. Everyone went to technical round and 3 are shortlisted and 1 of them had one more technical round. Two people finally went to HR round and we both were offered jobs as Quant analyst - IB Division.

Question 1
Aptitude test: If you prepare for CAT then this would not be difficult. Quant, Verbal,Analytical and Financial questions.
Technical: Derive Free Cash flow for a project. Enterprise value, NOSH and treasury shares difference. EPS and diluted EPS difference. Few questions on options
NPV, IRR and some basic financial stuff.
Logical Question: Why are man holes round in shape.
HR: Why i am leaving current job as i have only 6 months of experience.
Negotiation round.

It was a smooth interview. It went very well. Interviewer asked some personal questions I starting and came to ask some of the technical questions too. All questions were related to what you have already learned.

it started with essay writing, then followed by HR Round, and final OPS/ Managers Round. it was a good experience as interviewers were very friendly, makes you feel comfortable and helps to lift your confidence.

3 face to face rounds taken by team members , team leader and the manager . All the questions were related to economy . Little bit of finance related questions. Good discussion round was the third round wherein some business models were asked .
