HR Interview, followed up by light technical interview. Technical interview focuses on quick thinking (approximate some-business-quantity) and head-maths. Technical interview includes technical presentation on technical topic chosen by you. Whole process takes 1-1.5 hours.

Interview
The interview process started very positively. They seemed very keen on developing young people, providing feedback, and being communicative. I got to the final round of interviews between me and one other person only to receive the most impersonal and generic rejection email on Christmas Day, this came as a great shock but I guess that it may have been automated.

Interview
There are 2 stages of interview & assessment. First one, the normal interview was person-to-person and you won't be talking with bots or your screen. The interview was pretty casual and a little bit technical. The second one, assessment centre, when I had it, it's more civilized and more welcoming than other assessment centres and it's very heavily technical.
