Interview
The interview process began with a phone call, followed by an in-person interview with three managers all in the room at the same time. They asked about why I wanted to work in nursery sales, as well as my previous sales experience and how it could translate to their industry.

Question 1
There was a 'role play' type question, on how I would deal with a customer's objection to purchasing a high ticket item. The customer's objection to purchasing at that moment was, "I need to think about it." It was my role as a salesman to persuade them to purchase now, versus walking off the lot.

Its a circus. Emailed a day before that group interview will be tomorrow in the morning. No way to plan ahead , take it or leave it approach. Then had a whole group of candidates wait outside for 45 mins to an hour...while they interview.

Interview
The Process was easy. Initial phone call from HR, it went very well then another phone call interview with a Manager. TT Christopher and he said the interview went well and they would let me know the results after sharing the taped interview with other managers.
