Very robust review process, starting from mid level associates, all the way through the hiring partner(s), very focused on relevant experiences and work quality, focused on china law background and less interested in US JD without China legal education background or relevant experiences, team has a long history together through multiple firms, very stable.

What is your own opinion about your top three strengths and top three areas which need improvement as a lawyer?

Interview
It was pretty standard: I met with a handful of attorneys in their individual offices. The questions were pretty standard - it was mostly a conversation - it seemed that they wanted to know whether you were a personality fit - I already had the qualifications.
